Love it or hate it you cannot escape the fact you will have to market yourself and your coaching business if you want to grow. But rest assured you do not have to jump on the cheesy “challenge” bandwagon to benefit from marketing.

What is Marketing?

Before continuing let’s clear up what marketing is and how it applies to the coaching profession. Marketing is the act of making your business ideas visible to the public and connecting with potential clients through mutual points of interest.

How to Market Your Coaching Business

Keep it simple. Choose a message that represents your brand well and share it. The message and how you share it depends on your brand and target market. We (OPEX Fitness) offer high-value content, helping coaches to improve their skills through our site and social media (check us out). In order for marketing to work “you really need to believe in it and just become vulnerable” says FitzGerald. When your marketing is to the point and accurately represents your brand/beliefs that is when it will be the most effective.
