The Brand X Method

Since late 2004, Jeff and Mikki Martin have been working with and training children in functional fitness and physical literacy. They have coached hundreds of kids and teens, including USA Powerlifting state record holders and national qualifiers as well as high school all-state and all-city kids. They have visited and helped dozens of schools and gyms to improve their kids programs. They launched The Brand X Method™ in late 2014, evolving their methodology not only to provide fitness and fun, but to develop and retain longevity in fitness through careful application of appropriate programming.
