I am a professional coach who mainly works in an online/remote setting. I am also a qualified Neuromuscular Physical Therapist and help people bridge the gap between injury and optimal health/performance.

WHY ARE YOU A FITNESS COACH?

I enjoy helping people gain confidence in themselves through physical training. Being able to take away the pain, improve quality of life and forge strong relationships is a big reason I enjoy going to work each day.

HOW HAS CCP SHAPED YOUR COACHING PRACTICE?

My early training was all guided by an OPEX coach, so CCP was the logical step to take as I became a coach. It's given me all the principles I need to guide my clients from assessment to program design to fulfillment.

WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE TRAINING SESSION?

I secretly enjoy the OPEX tester, 90 min AMRAP 1300m row, 200m farmers walk, 15 Wall Walks, and 42 double unders. That or power cleans and rowing intervals!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NOURISHING MEAL?

Steak, sweet potato, asparagus, broccoli, and mushrooms.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?

Being in the countryside, doing odd jobs (previously a carpenter!) and going for a hike. Do enjoy some PlayStation when the weather is miserable!
