Ashley joins the OPEX Team remotely from Austin, Texas, as the Coach Success Manager. With her background formerly in education, she brings a unique perspective to the role, leveraging her teaching expertise to support CCP Coaches on Journey. She actively engages with current and potential coaches, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and access to the OPEX team to thrive in their coaching careers.

Ashley’s fitness journey began in her early years, participating in team sports both in high school and college. However, it wasn’t until later in life that she really found the love for health and fitness. Ashley became an OPEX Gym’s client in 2018 and immediately resonated with the principles behind the OPEX Method. Driven by her desire to share her passion for fitness and help others, Ashley completed her CCP and now helps her husband run their gym, OPEX Round Rock.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, indulging in reading, and chasing her energetic toddler.
