Become An OPEX Associate Remote Coach

Since 2007 we’ve nurtured our internal team of head coaches using this approach, and now we want you to join the team.

The OPEX Associate Remote Coach Program is the next evolution of what it means to be an OPEX coach and builds from the principles and systems learned in OPEX CCP.

We’re expanding our team of coaches from a pool of the best in the business: CCP graduates. Our goal is to provide clients with greater access to high-level coaching, while providing a deeper level of ongoing support and career growth to you. 

As an OPEX Associate Remote Coach, you’ll join the ranks of our HQ remote coaching team. You’ll mentor directly under one of our head coaches and develop the skills and systems necessary to excel in remote coaching.

REQUIREMENTS TO
JOIN THE TEAM:

✓ You deliver 1:1 remote coaching with the OPEX Method (or want to start)

✓ Must use CoachRx to coach your clients

✓ Must share Quarterly Impact Metrics to OPEX HQ

FAQs

  • Yes, you can sign up even if you are still in a mentorship group or haven't yet submitted your case study. Associate coaches have 12 weeks to submit their CCP final project from the day of sign up. Keep in mind that CCP coaches are only required to complete one case study. Email support@opexfit.com for any additional questions about the final project.

  • For your one CCP case study you required to do an in-person assessment to demonstrate competence.

  • No, OPEX will not provide you with any clients. However, your name and contact information will be posted on opexfit.com and opexrc.com for clients who are looking for a remote OPEX coach. The intention of the program is to provide ongoing support and mentorship to help you refine your remote coaching systems, as well as to grow a network of reputable OPEX coaches offering remote coaching.

  • For the initial four week accelerator process you can expect to spend 90 minutes to 2 hours per week including calls with your mentor.

  • Step 1: Sign Up and Complete the 4-Week Remote Coaching Accelerator
