DON'T MAKE NUTRITION SEXY

One of my coaches and I were discussing some lab test scores from a client.

This client had presented with a few things that she and our medical team were working on, but we, too, were trying to figure out why she was presenting with these scores.

There was balance in some areas and not in others. Elevated liver enzymes, high hematocrit and a few other areas of interest.

The high hematocrit can sometimes be dehydration so I asked the coach their version of her lifestyle and eating patterns, life, etc.

The whole point of it was…”why are we spending all of our time talking about these interesting scores and what to do, when it could be basics?
