HOW TEEN CROSSFIT ATHLETES BECOME INDIVIDUAL COMPETITORS

Advice from OPEX HQ Coach Robin Lyons

Robin Lyons has coached dozens of CrossFit Athletes like Chelsea Nichols and Luis Oscar Mora. To coach Robin Lyons, the most important element in training to become a Regionals Level athlete has been developing the patience and persistence required for the Sport of Fitness.

Another important element is finding the right coach. Ideally someone with a wealth of experience in coaching CrossFit athletes. In the video above, Robin goes into some detail in how she has prepared Luis Oscar Mora for the Individual level of competition as he has finally aged out of the Crossfit Teen competitive field.
