Another day of strongman and gymnastic work for Tennil Reed as she prepares for CrossFit Open Workout 18.4.

A) Rocking strict MU + strict MU negative:
2.2 x 5; rest 2-3 min – Change the foot position to make more challenging this week!

B) Weighted semi supinated strict pull ups:
Chest to bar; 2,2,2,2,2,2; rest as needed – CONTROL LOWER PERFECT reps!

C) Back Squat:
Every 6 min complete -10 reps x 4 sets (last set of 10 GO for it T!

D) Parallette Handstand Push-Up:
3 sec lower; 8 reps x 4 sets; rest 2 min

E) @85% sustained effort:
.4 miles AB cals
10 HPC – 105# – TnG – SPEED based – adding 10# per set
15 bar facing burpees
20 unbroken WB – 20#
.4 miles AB cals

F) NFT:
10 pallof press on cable machine/side
60′ yoke walk – TOUGH!
