A) CF Open 18.4: Go time, same drill this week, great execution and let’s keep moving forward T.

Tennil’s afternoon session is a recovery piece. Tennil is a skilled swimmer. Because of this, her session won’t tire her out or exhaust her too much. Afternoon post open workout is much more about recovery than anything else.
