WHY ARE YOU A FITNESS COACH?
As a young athlete, I was fascinated by how I could optimize all aspects of my life to improve my performance. It lead me down a rabbit hole of information overload and I craved a mentor who could guide and teach me to make sense of what I was learning and practically apply it.
