WHY ARE YOU A FITNESS COACH?

I am a fitness coach because I want to make difference in everyone’s life, whether that person is a coach, a client or someone I’ve just met. I want to give them an opportunity to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small they might be and allow them to live a more fulfilled life through fitness.

HOW HAS CCP SHAPED YOUR COACHING PRACTICE?

It has allowed me to be a professional coach and fast tracked my career.

WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE TRAINING SESSION?

I love any barbell workout like Grace, Amanda, or my favourite DT :)

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NOURISHING MEAL?

Steak (medium rare always), sweet potato fries and can't go wrong with some broccoli.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?

Anything football (soccer) related playing or watching - occasionally crying over it too!
