I work as a full time PT in the center of Copenhagen, coaching the general population in health and fitness. I have had a love for fitness since I first time entered a gym, but it took me a decade and a degree in business, leadership and philosophy to realize being a fitness coach was what I wanted to do for a living.
WHY ARE YOU A FITNESS COACH?
Because I have been surrounded by extremely impactful coaches and they have inspired me to become one as well and because I want to help individuals experience how much moving, eating and sleeping well can benefit all areas of life. And lastly, because I enjoy building relationships and it's likely what I'm best at.

The list is long! But besides basic health and fitness principles and a proven coaching system, OPEX has provided me with the courage I needed to make coaching my full time job, by believing in and demonstrating the value of the fitness coach.
