I’m a Fitness Coach in pursuit of coaching mastery. I enjoy talking about fitness and helping to raise the value of coaching. I work mainly in a remote setting with fitness athletes, but my goal is to start helping more people to find their own version of fitness.

WHY ARE YOU A FITNESS COACH?
I think, simply, fitness coaching allowed me to grow and evolve as a human, and then to have something to give to others.

OPEX gave me the path to find my meaning as a coach, and CCP gave me the tools to build my career, and my business, and improve my impact on those around me.
