COACH CONFIDENCE TIP: OVERCOMING IMPOSTER SYNDROME

It’s as simple as this:

Acknowledge that when you choose the path of a coach, you will NEVER know it all.

Accept and embrace it.

When you sign up to be a coach, you also become a student for life. There will always be room to GROW and something new to KNOW.

Adopting the role of the lifelong student is a way to shake the stress of imposter syndrome and lack of confidence that many coaches feel.

None of us know it all, and that’s okay!

Even the most experienced coaches are still making mistakes, consulting with mentors, seeking new knowledge, and learning from their experiences.

And as coaches of coaches, we are constantly growing and evolving too.

Here’s to being lifelong learners and committing to a growth mindset!
